Thank you for shopping at Suma Reddy Design House.

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns as long as the product(s) are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition with all its original packaging, tags and invoices.

You are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package by contacting our customer care team with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will process your request within 2 business days after reviewing the request.

Refund will be issued in the original mode of payment in case of a prepaid order, or will be done via NEFT in case of a cash on delivery order.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

• You are requested to contact the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. Any request received after the returns window is not eligible for returns.
• Our customer service team will review the request and process it within 2 business days.
• We will organise the return pickup from you through our logistics partners. You are requested to keep the package ready with all original packing, tags and invoice copy.
• Once the pickup is organised you are requested to ask the logistics partner for the courier slip at time of handing over the package.
• Once we receive the products a closure will be provided to your request as per your preference after the quality check.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +91 8296051599  from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM – 6 PM. You may also send an email on sumareddydesignhouse@gmail.com

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The products are in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition with all its original packaging, tags and invoices.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
